Did your tee not vibe the way you expected?
No stress here’s how returns work at NAGGIN.

The Basics

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and tag-on (we’ll know 😉).

  • We currently offer size exchanges only.

Refunds (When Things Go Wrong)

We issue refunds only if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Oops! Something’s Off?

Got a damaged or incorrect item?
Email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or a short video

What We Can’t Take Back

  • Worn or washed items

  • Products without tags or original packaging

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Sale or with discount codes items (unless they arrived damaged)

Shipping Stuff

  • If the mistake is ours, we cover the return shipping.

  • For size exchanges, shipping charges may apply.

Final Word

Every return goes through a quick quality check.
If it doesn’t meet the criteria, we may have to say no (with love🫶).
